The HELI H4 Series is an electric counterbalance forklift rated from 1.5 to 3.8 tonnes, available with lithium-ion or lead-acid power. It is built for warehouses and outdoor yards that run long shifts in tough weather.
Lithium Power That Keeps Up With the Shift
Uptime is where the H4 Series earns its keep. An H4 truck reaches a full charge in as little as one hour and supports opportunity charging, so you plug in during breaks instead of buying a second battery. Charge and discharge efficiency is 98%, and the pack is rated for five years or 10,000 hours while holding at least 75% of its original capacity.
Maintenance is deliberately minimal: no distilled water, no electrolyte top-ups, no manual battery care. Packs run from 80 V/125 Ah to 80 V/604 Ah using Lishen or CATL modules, so you can size a truck to a single shift or a double shift. As a worked example, a 3.8 t H4 with the standard 80 V/250 Ah pack refills in roughly 2.45 hours on a 100 A charger after a low-battery warning. Charging hardware scales with the fleet, using 10 kVA or 22 kVA chargers.
Tested for Weather, Built Around the Operator
The H4 is validated against the conditions that stop electric trucks. After a simulated 15-minute downpour it holds an IPX4 rating, so outdoor work is in scope. In a cold-store trial it ran alternating shifts for six hours at −20 °C, then sat parked for a further twelve — and kept running. Whole-vehicle validation adds an 800-hour endurance programme covering gradients, rain and rough ground, on top of CAE-optimised structures and a battery mounted low and centred for lateral stability.
Safety is layered into the standard build: a dual-core controller, OPS protection, hydraulic hose burst protection, forward-tilt self-lock, and electrical safeguards for short circuit, overheating, low battery and operation sequence. Drivers also get parking and ramp-rollback reminders, with automatic cornering speed reduction available.
The operator station is sized for real shifts — a wide-view mast, a large cab, standard LED lighting and a damping seat — plus a colour display with switchable English fault codes and P/E/S drive modes.
